About the position
Responsibilities
Table setting and serving the family at breakfast, lunch and dinner; serving receptions of up to 30 guests; care for silverware, porcelain and crystal; serving drinks and wine; assisting with guest reception and the cloakroom; keeping the dining and butler’s pantry in order; tableware inventory
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a waiter in a fine dining restaurant or private household; knowledge of service standards and etiquette; conversational English; impeccable appearance; references; discretion
