About the position
Family with two school-age children, residence in Seattle; Format: full-time, live-out; 5/2 schedule, health insurance, work visa assistance
Responsibilities
Managing the family calendar and the children’s logistics; driving the children to activities when needed; planning trips and bookings; monitoring bills, insurance and subscriptions; purchases and returns; coordinating contractors and household staff; helping organise family celebrations
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as an assistant or house manager; fluent English; US driving licence or readiness to obtain one; organised and proactive; references and background check
