About the position
Villa on Koh Samui, family of 4 with regular guests; Format: full-time, live-in (separate bungalow on the property); 6 days a week with one day off; paid vacation, flights and visa covered by the employer
Responsibilities
Preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners for the family; European and Asian cuisine, children’s menu; shopping at local markets and trusted suppliers; weekly menu planning; catering for home dinners of up to 15 guests; food quality and kitchen hygiene control
Requirements
Professional culinary education or at least 3 years of experience; command of European cuisine, Asian cuisine is a plus; conversational English; readiness for long-term stay on the island; references
