About the position
Responsibilities
Preparing a variety of lunches and dinners. Planning menus featuring Portuguese, European, and Mediterranean cuisine. Serving meals in a home-style manner. Adapting dishes to the family’s dietary requirements and preferences, as agreed with the employer. Grocery shopping, selecting ingredients, and managing food supplies. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen and following food hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
Experience as a private chef or in a similar cooking role. Knowledge of Portuguese, European, and Mediterranean cuisines. Ability to prepare home-style meals. Knowledge of English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
