Penthouse in Manhattan, couple with one child, frequent business receptions; Format: full-time, live-out; 5 working days, paid vacation, health insurance
Responsibilities
Daily preparation of signature and international cuisine; designing event menus; catering for business dinners of up to 30 guests; coordinating with caterers and suppliers; food quality and storage control; keeping the kitchen impeccably organised
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in fine dining or with private clients; professional education; fluent English; ability to work at pace and maintain confidentiality; portfolio and references
