The Introduction Process
The family signed a contract with us for the exclusive selection of a chef, with the recruitment cost amounting to $14,500.
Business-class tickets were purchased for all chefs, and accommodation was arranged in a Tashkent hotel.
The day after arrival, a family representative conducted a private city tour for the candidates — an uncommon gesture in such recruitment processes, showing exceptional respect for the chefs.
The next day, the Italian chef currently employed by the family gave a kitchen tour and demonstrated the household’s current culinary standards and presentation style.
Following this, each candidate prepared a tasting set — a selection of dishes showcasing their personal style, skill level, and culinary philosophy.
Result
Following the tastings and meetings with the candidates, the family chose Steffano — an Italian Michelin-starred chef with an impressive track record of cooking for world-famous celebrities. His ability to combine exquisite presentation, authentic Italian traditions, and modern gastronomic techniques won over every member of the family. Steffano has now joined the household on a permanent basis, providing the family with the highest level of culinary service.
💬 This project once again demonstrated our ability to find world-class talent in record time, while maintaining confidentiality, delivering exceptional service, and paying attention to every detail at each stage.
